Description
This is the exhaust silencer for the Robin EX21, a direct replacement for the original unit. The EX21 is widely used on plate compactors, water pumps, pressure washers and generators, so this part turns up across both hire fleets and contractor kit alike. Mufflers usually fail from vibration as the mounting bracket or weld seams crack, the unit rusts or it starts blowing and gets louder.
Why stock this?
A muffler doesn’t move like filters, but when one fails, the machine is off hire or sent back until it’s repaired. Holding one or two for the EX21 lets you turn a cracked exhaust job around the same day instead of parking a working engine whilst waiting on a single component. Order it alongside the exhaust gasket which should be replaced whenever the muffler comes off.
